For over two decades, I have worked with both adults, young people and children who have had a variety of different issues. I specialise in: substance misuse, anxiety, low self-esteem and self-worth, loss and bereavement, domestic violence, loneliness, or relationship breakdown. However, this is not an exhaustive list.
I am also trained in counselling supervision supporting trainee counsellors.
I am also trained as an accredited mediator in conflict resolution.
